The "one-stop-shop" is a department in the Investment Office, which aims at providing the investors with a wide range of services before and after making up their mind to invest in Syria. This window will represent the investor in following up and facilitating the obtainment of different administrative petitions and authorizations requested by the public bodies.

Representing the relevant public administrations, the employees working in this department will assume the responsibility of following-up all kinds of applications extended by the investors.
