Institutions A new era opened for Syria with the launching of March Revolution in 1963. It was the era of political, social and economic development that needed the infrastructure and the legislation, that provide the proper framework for social transformation. Upheavals had to be overcome, but the well-integrated system had to wait until the Correctionist Movement has ensured the proper streamline for this change. Institutions were understood to be the framework within which all citizens have the equal opportunity work, produce and be creative. These institutions are the juristic forum for productive and democratic action.The communique issued by the interim regional leadership of the Baath Party declaring the launching of the Correctionist Movement in 1970 explicitly shows President Assad's faith in the grassroots, and their active role in the process of social change, advocating democracy - responsible democratic practice - and defining the basics of building the society. those basics were, in a nutshell, political pluralism, and a multi-tier economic system,through which the society is organized politically and economically, and out of which Syria emerged formidable
