The southern part of Syria consist of the governerates of Damascus, Damascus province, Sweida and Dara'a. It is a great destination for both recreation, religion tourism to see the town that still speaks the language of Jesus Christ in Maaloula and to see the great Roman civilization in Shahba, Bosra and Sweida.
